Guidelines for paper submission

For the conference papers use provided MS Word template (download HERE).  Do NOT include your name in the proposal of the paper (blind review) – provide your contact information in EasyChair system only.

Upload your proposal through EasyChair Submission page:

After paper acceptance, follow the instructions of Camera-Ready Papers guidelines (same as the proposal template, just with information about the author ).

Important note: Submitted papers may not exceed a maximum of 8 pages (keynote papers 12 pages), including abstract and resources. Additional pages can be subject to an extra fee.

Evaluation process

All submitted papers will go through reviewing processes of at least two independent blind reviewers. Authors of accepted papers get the evaluations and feedback provided by the reviewers, so they can improve the final version of papers accordingly.
